Without a HR educational background I’ve been able to do my best in TA for the past 14 yrs and was able to handle HR related queries to some extent but I’ve always gone back to my HRBP’s for doubts when it comes to queries related to salary structure, performance management queries or anything related to statutory or laws. I’ve always had a dream of doing a HR course/ degree but I had reasons not to do due personal or professional commitments. When I got to know of this program something said, “it is now or never”. And I am immensely happy to have taken it up. My confidence on work has always been high but now it is much more.
