She completed her post-graduation in Financial Management from Bharathidasan University and IFMR, and Executive Strategic Performance Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Without a HR educational background I’ve been able to do my best in TA for the past 14 yrs and was able to handle HR related queries to some extent but I’ve always gone back to my HRBP’s for doubts when it comes to queries related to salary structure, performance management queries or anything related to statutory or laws.
